RFP: Strategic Framework Consultant

The Pittsburgh Food Policy Council is seeking a qualified facilitator or consulting partner to guide our board, staff, and regional network through the development of a responsive 3-year Strategic Framework. This process will define high-level 3-year outcomes, establish a system role statement, and implement a dynamic, iterative 1-year goal-setting model to ensure long-term focus alongside operational adaptability.
