Full Council Meetings

Want to learn more and help us work towards our goal of a more just, sustainable, and equitable food system? Join us at a Full Council Meeting! Our meetings usually last 90 minutes with time before and after for networking. Topics covered include partner presentations, updates on policy initiatives and PFPC progress, information sharing and more. These meetings are a great way to tap in to our work and learn more about our partner organizations.

Our Full Council Meetings take place every other month on the last Tuesday of the month. In an effort to make sure that as many people can attend meetings as possible, times and locations of meetings will change throughout the year. Check the Event Calendar for the next meeting time and location. To get email updates about upcoming meetings and events, signup for our newsletter.

Working Groups

Being a part of a working group is a great way to get involved with the tangible ways the Pittsburgh Food Policy Council positively affects the food system in the greater Pittsburgh area. Our working groups meet regularly to share data, conduct research, work on relevant projects, and learn about the issues that affect our region. Learn about each Working Group below and visit our meetings and events page to learn about meeting times and locations.

Just curious? Feel free to stop by a Working Group meeting to learn more or message our Working Group Project Managers with specific questions.
